摘 要:目的探讨上海浦东地区肾结石的危险因素,为肾结石的防治提供依据。方法采用1∶1配对的病例对照研究方法,问卷调查2010年1~12月来医院体检经B超首次确诊的肾结石患者150例及非结石患者150例。利用Epidata 3.0软件进行数据录入和SPSS 16.0软件进行数据分析,用Logistic回归模型进行单因素和多因素分析筛选出有意义的危险因素。结果经单因素及多因素分析,影响肾结石的主要危险因素按OR值由高到低分别为骨关节病史(OR=4.028)、尿石症家族史(OR=2.769)、超重(OR=2.055)。保护因素按OR值由低到高分别是牛奶每周摄入750 mL以上(OR=0.158)、夏季每日饮水量2 500 mL以上(OR=0.309)。结论肾结石与骨关节病、遗传、体型、饮食和饮水习惯有关。【Objective】 To investigate the risk factors of kidney stone in Pudong new Area of Shanghai and its proper interventions.【Methods】 Total 150 survivors with kidney stone,first assessed by ultrasound,and 150 controls with gender,age and educational status were surveyed at the same area from January to December in 2010.Epidata 3.0 and SPSS 16.0 were used to code and enter the data.Univariata and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed for screening the significant risk factors of kidney stone.【Results】 Univariata and multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that history of osteoarthrosis(OR=4.028),family history of kidney stone(OR=2.769) and overweight(OR=2.055) were all related to the kidney stone,while milk consumption over 750 mL per week(OR=0.158),water consumption over 2 500 mL per day in summer(OR=0.309) could protect residents from kidney stone.【Conclusions】 The main related factors of kidney stone were osteoarthrosis,genetic,body size,dietary factors and fluid.
