摘  要:Citadis型城市有轨电车转向架中的抗侧滚扭杆在疲劳试验中曾出现断裂现象,为了精确分析花键联接构件的应力分布情况,在有限元分析软件Abaqus中采用绑定约束法和子模型法对其进行刚度和强度分析,并将分析结果与试验测试结果进行对比,验证了这两种分析方法的可行性,为此类花键联接构件的有限元分析提供参考。A fracture has appeared during the anti-roll bar fatigue test of Citadis urban railroad car bogie.In an attempt to precisely analyze the force distribution of splined connection position,the stiffness and strength has been respectively analyzed by utilizing the tie of constraint method and sub-model method in the finite element analysis software Abaqus.Furthermore,the analysis results are compared with the stiffness results and stress results so that the feasibility of the two methods can be verified and reference methods can be provided for the FEM analysis on similar components.
