摘　　要：用社会管理创新理念解决公安院校法学专业教育培养模式纠结而模糊的问题,得出的结论是公安院校内设置的法学专业属于普通法学专业教育的组成部分,具备一般高等院校法学专业的所有特征。其发展路径为在体现公安院校"警务化管理"优势的同时,加强实践教学环节,兼顾各行业对法学专业人才的需求。If we use the idea of social management innovation to deal with the fuzzy and tangled problem of law profession education model in public security college,we can draw the conclusion that law profession in public security college is one part of the common law professional education,which has all features of law profession in general college and university.Its development path is to strengthen practice teaching link and consider the demand of other industries for law profession personnel,when reflecting the advantage of ＂ police management＂ in the public security colleges.
