摘  要:尖晶石锰酸锂正极材料具有价格便宜、环境友好、安全性好等优点,被视为最具竞争力及市场前景的动力电池和储能电池正极材料之一。锰酸锂至今未能在动力电池领域广泛应用,主要是因为其高温稳定性能和循环性能不佳。通过使用不同锰源前驱体合成尖晶石锰酸锂,发现以四氧化三锰为原料合成的尖晶石锰酸锂的高温和常温循环性能最好,常温480次循环容量保持率达到91.2%,45℃下300次循环容量保持率达到89.7%,明显优于其它前驱体合成的材料。The spinel LiMn2O4 is one of the most bright and competitive cathode material used in HEV,PHEV and EV for its lower price,environment friendly and good safety etc.However,at present,the poor thermo stability and cycling life is the main problem,which prevents the wide application of LiMn2O4 in power battery.In this study,the various manganese precursors were used to synthesize spinel LiMn2O4.It is found that the cycling performance of LiMn2O4 made from Mn3O4 is much more excellent than others.The capacity retention of LiMn2O4 made from Mn3O4 achieves 91.2% after 480 cycles with 1 C charge and discharge rate at room temperature and 89.7% after 300 cycles with 1 C charge and discharge rate at 45 ℃.
