摘 要:假设玻璃盘表面分布有余弦波状的粗糙度,采用多重网格法和多重网格积分法对自由落体钢球冲击玻璃盘表面的等温纯挤压弹流问题进行数值分析,分析余弦波波长和钢球质量对润滑油摩擦性能的影响。研究发现,表面余弦波会造成压力和膜厚的剧烈波动,使中心压力升高,中心膜厚和最小膜厚降低;钢球质量越大,冲击-反弹时间越长,最小膜厚越小,而表面余弦波的存在又可进一步降低最小膜厚。Assumed that cosine wavy roughness exists on the glass plate surface, the isothermal pure squeeze elasto- hydrodynamic lubrication problem of a free-falling steel ball impacting a glass disk was analyzed using the multi-grid method and multilevel multi-integration technique. The effect of surface cosine wavelength and steel ball mass on the oil behavior was investigated. The results show that the considerable fluctuations in pressure and film thickness profiles can be caused by cosine wave, the center pressure is increased, the center film thickness and the minimum film thickness are re- duced. The increase of steel-ball mass results in an extension in the impact-bounce time and a reduction in the minimum film thickness. The existence of the cosine wavy roughness further reduces the minimum film thickness.
