摘　　要：对氨压缩机组大型高压电机滚动轴承在运行期间发生的轴承故障问题进行分析,从轴承型号、轴承寿命和润滑脂选用等方面对滚动轴承进行设计校核,发现轴承的润滑脂型号选用不合理是电机轴承故障频发的直接原因。The fault reasons existed at the rolling bearings of large size and high voltage motors for ammonia compressor unit during running were analyzed. The design verification of the rolling bearing was carried out from the type of bearing, the bearing life, the grease selection and other aspects. The direct reason caused motor bearing fault frequently, the unrea- sonable selection of bearing grease was found.
