摘  要:采用正交试验法及定量金相分析,研究了挤压铸造工艺参数对Al-4.80%Cu-0.44%Mn合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:压力对显微组织影响最大,其对第二相面积分数贡献率达46.2%,较大的压力有利于获得细小且均匀分布的第二相。浇注温度也会显著影响第二相面积分数及显微组织形态,过高的浇注温度会导致第二相粗大。模具温度对显微组织有较大影响,保压时间对显微组织影响不大。在浇注温度为730℃,模具温度为200℃,压力为75MPa,保压时间30 s左右条件下,挤压铸造可以获得细小、均匀分布的显微组织。The microstructures of Al-4.80%Cu-0.44%Mn alloy were studied by orthogonal test and quantitative metallographic analysis. The results show that applied pressure is the most important factor influencing the microstructures, its contribution to the area fraction of the second-phases reaches 46.2%, and higher pressure is easy to obtain fine and homogeneous intermetallic phases. Pouring temperature is a significant factor to the second-phase area fraction and microstructures, excessive high pouring temperature leads to the coarsening of the second-phases. Die preheating temperature is also an important factor to microstructures while holding time of applied pressure is relatively nonsignificant. The fine and homogeneous microstructures could be obtained in the condition of pouring temperature 730 ℃, die preheating temperature 200℃, applied pressure 75 MPa, and duration of applied pressure 30 s.
