摘  要:为提高ZTC4钛合金铸件质量,研究了气体元素(H、N、O)含量对ZTC4铸造钛合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,氢、氮、氧在一定范围内能够提高合金的强度;氢控制在0.010%~0.012%,氮控制在0.01%~0.02%,氧控制在0.10%~0.15%时,有利于提高ZTC4钛铸件的综合性能。生产中对自耗电极、铸型、后处理等生产过程进行的技术规范严格控制有利于控制铸件中气体元素含量,获得优质的钛铸件。To improve the quality of ZTC4 titanium alloy casting, the effects of gas elements (H, N, O) contents on its mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the given content of gas elements, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen, can improve the strength of the titanium alloy; it is beneficial to improving the comprehensive properties of ZTC4 titanium alloy casting that the hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen contents are in the range of 0.010%-0.012%, 0.01%-0.02% and 0.10%-0.15%, respectively. Strictly controlling technical regulations of consumable electrode, mold and post treatment in the production benefits the gas contents control and the high quality casting.
