摘　　要：目的通过探讨医疗设备的潜在危险,加强医疗设备管理,减少医疗设备不良事件的发生。方法以根本原因分析法(RCA)为基础,采用事件分类法评估个案(呼吸机),论述RCA的基本概念、实施过程、分析方法,并且使用鱼骨图等工具进一步探讨可能导致异常事件的远端因子。结果该方法能够在很大范围内发现导致医疗设备失效的一些潜在因子,针对个案制定纠正措施。结论通过对医疗设备质量检测结果的数据分析,逐步说明了RCA在医疗设备管理中应用。Objective To strengthen the medical equipment management and reduce occurence of adverse events by discussing the potential risk of medical equipment. Methods Based on root cause analysis（RCA）, to adopt the event classification to evaluate the case（Ventilator）, discuss the basic concept, process, analysis methods of RCA, and use tools such as fishbone diagram to make a further discussion about distal factors which may cause the anomalous event. Results This method can find the potential factor which cause the failure of medical equipment on a large scale, and establish correct measures according to the individual case. Conclusion Wih the data analysis of quality inspection results of medical equipment, the application of RCA is gradually explained in management of medical equipment.
