摘　　要：从理论上论证了测量任何周期波的真无功功率的原理 ,提出了等效功率因数的新概念 ,给出了一种性能稳定 ,精度高 。In this peper, the principle of measuring true reactive power of any periodic signals is discussed theoretically, and a new conception of equivalent power factor is presented. A electric measuring device with high stability, accuracy and high ratio of performance and price is provided.
