摘　　要：在 130型汽车转向节锻件原有工艺的基础上 ,提出了新的成形工艺及模具结构。实践证明 :新的工艺及模具结构突破了传统思维框架 ,既有利于锻件成形 ,模具结构又相对简单、易于加工而成本较低、寿命也较长。The paper puts forward some new forming techniques and die construction of direction turning forging part in autos of 130 type on the basis of the old forming ones. Through practice, it is confirmed that the new ones break through the conventional mode of thinking, which are beneficial to forging forming and the new die is relatively simpler in construction, lower in cost,easier in manufacture,longer in life. At the same time, the spring back allowance of bottoming bending of circle section rod is analyzed.
