摘　　要：通过对肿瘤再次化疗患者流程管理实行优化,形成规范、合理的化疗流程,使肿瘤化疗延期率从69.1%降至21.1%,治疗效果提高,治疗风险减少,病人满意度上升,平均住院日缩短。Optimizing the management of tumor patient second chemotherapy and forming a standard and reasonable process of chemotherapy can reduce the deferring of tumor chemotherapy rate from 69.1% to 21.1%, improve the clinical treatment, minimize the risk of the treatment, increase patients＇ satisfaction and shorten the average length of stay.
