摘　　要：依据卫生部相关法规及规章,医院制定了《输血护理技术规范》和《输血护理考核办法》,从输血医嘱核对、输血前常规检查、样本采集与送检、血液核对交接、输血过程监控和不良反应监测等六个方面进行管理,通过抽查输血病历,对临床输血护理的薄弱环节进行分析。Our hospital developed ＂transfusion care technical specifications＂ and ＂blood transfusion nursing assessment measures＂, according to relevant rules and regulations of the Ministry of Health, implementing stricter medical order check, routine check before transfusion, sample collection and submission, verification and handover of blood, transfusion monitoring and monitoring of adverse reactions. The weak points of the clinical transfusion nursing was analyzed by randomized check of blood transfusion medical records.
