摘  要:利用热天平确定两种挥发分含量相近烟煤的热解特性,然后采用固定床反应器对比研究了两种煤样富氧燃烧中NO的释放规律.实验结果表明,热解特性优的大同煤NO释放速率快,质量浓度高,最终转化率也要明显高于神华煤.随着氧体积分数的增加,两种煤样燃烧过程中的NO释放速率加快,最大质量浓度升高,NO释放过程逐渐缩短.两种煤样燃料N的NO转化率随着氧体积分数的增加先升高后降低,且大同煤NO转化率下降更多.随着温度的升高,两种煤样燃料N的NO转化率先升高后降低,且大同煤高温下NO转化率下降较多.Thermogravimetric experiments were first performed to study the pyrolysis characteristics of two kinds of bituminous coal which have similar volatile content, and then the NO release characteristics of the pulverized coals were studied in a fixed-bed reactor. The results generally indicate that the NO release rates of Datong coal are fast and the NO concentrations are high, which leads to higher NO conversion rates of Datong coal. As oxygen concentration rises, the NO release rates of both coals increase and the maximum concentrations of NO go up with the shorter release process of NO. The NO conversion rates of both coals increase first and then decrease with the rise of oxygen concentration and the NO conversion rate of Datong coal drops more than that of Shenhua coal. The NO conversion rates of both coals go through a maximum as the temperature grows and the NO conversion rate of Datong coal falls more at high temperature.
