摘 要:支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种由多细胞,多细胞组分参与形成的慢性气道炎症性疾病。支气管上皮细胞是气道结构细胞作为抵抗外界损伤因素的第一道防线,当吸人性刺激物质时,首先激化支气管上皮细胞并破坏上皮细胞的正常结构和生理功能,应激状态下的上皮细胞通过分泌炎性介质与自身细胞或其他气道结构细胞、炎性细胞、抗原递呈细胞等相互作用,积极参与哮喘的气道慢性炎症发生与发展进程。Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways in which many cells play a key role, in particular eosinophils, mast cells, neutrophils, T-lymphocytes and epithelial cells. Epithelial damage is a characteristic feature of bronchial asthma. In asthma, there may he a primary defence in the epithelium such that it responds to various inhaled stimuli from external environment, which leads to disruption of the normal cells in epithelium structure and function are fundamental to the origin of asthma. The bronchial epithelial cell is not only a passive barrier, but also can produce a large amount of mediators that may play an important role in the infammatory responses that occur in the lung of asthma. The Function of several important mediators have been identified, which can take part in the cross talk between the bronchial epithelial cells and other kinds of cells to drive inflammatory response. It is suggested that Epithelial-induced cytokines maybe play an important role in the airway inflammation of asthma.
