摘　　要：介绍电能表智能校验台系统的设计原理、硬件和软件构成，叙述了用C语言处理汉字的专用库函数。The authors present the design principle and composition of the software and hardware of the intelligent system of the checking workbench of electricity-energy meter,and introduce the method of processing Chinese Characters with Turbo C.
