“加味培元固本散”对矽肺患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察"加味培元固本散"对矽肺患者的生活质量的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的97例矽肺患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予口服加味培元固本散,对照组予安慰剂口服,两组均可按需予抗感染、止咳化痰、解痉平喘等西医综合处理,疗程3个月。采用圣乔治呼吸问卷和中医症候量表评价患者生活质量,并进行疗效分析。结果观察组治疗后呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响和总积分均有明显改善(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比,总积分、呼吸症状和疾病影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后中医症候总积分、咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷、胸痛均有明显改善(P<0.01);治疗后中医症候总积分、咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷、胸痛两组对照差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组显效16例(33.3%),有效31例(64.6%),总有效率97.9%。优于对照组(65.3%)。结论加味培元固本散可提高矽肺患者生活质量,显著改善患者呼吸症状和疾病影响,对咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷、胸痛等呼吸症状的改善明显。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of patients with silicosis treated by Flavored Peiyuanguben Powder.Methods 97 patients with silicosis met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The all received symptomatic treatment such as relieving cough and reducing sputum,and the observation group added Flavored Peiyuanguben Powder,the control group added placebo.After 12weeks treatments,the patients＇life qualitywas evaluated by the St George＇s respiratory questionnaire and Chinese medicine symptom scale.Results There were statistically significant differences between two groups of symptoms score before and after treatment（P0.01）,that of the observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Flavored Peiyuanguben Powder is quite effective in the improvement of silicosis patients ＇life quality,including the respiratory symptoms and the disease influence.
