诺通鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察诺通鼻喷剂在治疗慢性鼻炎中消除或缓解鼻塞症状的效果,探寻治疗慢性鼻炎的有效药物。方法慢性单纯性鼻炎、肥厚性鼻炎患者共100例,分别用诺通鼻喷剂(诺通组)和1%麻黄素滴鼻剂(麻黄素组)进行治疗,对比疗效。结果诺通组总有效率为90.8%,麻黄素组为74.3%。诺通组69.2%起效时间在1min以内,66.2%维持时间在5h以上;麻黄素组68.6%起效时间在3min以内,65.7%维持时间在3h以内。结论诺通鼻喷剂缓解鼻塞迅速,维持时间长,疗效显著,明显优于1%麻黄素滴鼻剂,是一种治疗慢性鼻炎的有效药物。Objective To observe the effect of NuoTong nasal spray on decongesting rhinocleisis and to search effective drugs for treating chronic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients collected form chronic simple rhinitis and hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with NuoTong nasal spray（NuoTong group） or 1%Ephedrine nasal drops（Ephedrine group）.Results The total efficiency of NuoTong group in treating chronic rhinitis above is 90.8% and that of Ephedrine group is 74.3%.The effective time of NuoTong group is 69.2% in 1 minute;and for Ephedrine group is 68.6% between 1 to 3 minutes.The keeping curative effect time for NuoTong nasal spray is 66.2% above 5 hours and for Ephedrine drops is 65.7% in 3 hours.Conclusion NuoTong nasal spray is better than 1% Ephedrine nasal drops in decongesting rhinocleisis,keeping curative effect.So NuoTong nasal spray is one kind of effective drugs in treating chronic rhinitis.
