摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜肝叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的护理。方法对该院2008年3月—2011年10月收治的150例腹腔镜肝叶切除治疗肝内胆管结石患者进行回顾分析。结果术后发生膈下感染2例,术后胆瘘1例,肺部感染2例,切口感染1例,胆道出血2例,其余患者均无结石残留和复发症状,经积极治疗均治愈出院。结论术前对患者体征的全身评估、细致完成各项准备工作、心理护理及术后对患者生命体征的密切关注和加强管道护理,才能更好避免并发症的发生及促进患者健康的恢复。Objective To study the care of laparoscopic liver resection the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods Admitted to hospital in March 2009-2011 October,150 cases of laparoscopic hepatic lobe resection for intrahepatic bile duct stones in patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Postoperative subphrenic abscess 2 cases of postoperative biliary fistula in 1cases,1cases of lung infection,wound infection in 2 cases,biliary tract bleeding in five cases,the remaining patients had no residual stones and recurrent symptoms after active treatment were cured.Conclusion Preoperative assessment of patients with signs of systemic and detailed completion of the preparatory work closer look at the psychological care and postoperative vital signs and strengthen the pipeline nursing in order to better avoid complications and promote patient health recovery.
