摘  要:本试验采用隧道式微波干燥设备干燥桑叶制作桑叶粉,以烘干法、晒干法、室内阴干法制作的桑叶粉为对照,分别配制人工饲料,采用一至二龄一次给饵法鉴定养蚕效果。结果表明,利用上述4种干燥方法加工的桑叶粉配制人工饲料养蚕,收蚁后24h疏毛率、存活率、龄期经过等指标差异不大,但起蚕率和蚕体重存在一定差异,168h三龄起蚕率以室内阴干法较高,二龄眠蚕体重以微波干燥法最重,两项指标均以80℃烘干法最差。综合考虑各种因素认为,微波干燥法是大规模生产优质桑叶粉比较理想的方法。This experiment identified the effects of silkworm rearing on artificial diets blended with mulberry leaf powder dried with tunnel type microwave drying equipment. The controls were other types of mulberry leaf powertreated respectively with different methods such as ovendrying, drying in the sun and drying in the shade. The silkworm fed on those artificial diets only once from 1st to 2nd instar larvae. The results showed that there was little difference in the setae dispersion rate at 24 h,the survival rate, and the instar span of silkworm on artifi cial diets,which respectively made up of the four types mulberry leaf powder above. But there was some differ ence in the newly molted rate and the body weight. The newly molted silkworm larvae ratio of the third instar at 168 h was higher with mulberry leaf power drying in the shade than others, the second molting silkworm body weight was the heaviest with the microwave dried mulberry leaf power, and the two indexes were the worst with the ovendrying. Considering the various factors, it is concluded that microwave drying was the ide al method to mass production fine quantity mulberry leaf power.
