摘　　要：发生于围绝经期的异常子宫出血(abnormal uterine bleeding,AUB)须考虑卵巢功能衰退所致排卵障碍,相对或绝对高雌激素的影响;也应考虑发生AUB的其他危险因素增强、增多的影响。从整体健康及生活质量的角度预防AUB是妇女保健的一个重要内容。The prevalence of abnormal uterine bleeding（AUB） is high. All the following things should be taken into con- sideration when the AUB occurred in women who are in the perimenopause, such as the ovulatory disorders induced by o- vary aging, the relative or absolutely high level of estrogen, and other strengthened or increased risk factors of AUB dur- ing the perimenopausal stage. Therefore, it is important to prevent AUB on the respects of overall health and quality of life for promoting women health care.
