儿童嗜酸性粒细胞增多症胸片诊断(附60例分析)

摘　　要：回顾分析经临床或实验室证实儿童嗜酸性粒细胞增多症 6 0例患者的胸部X线平片的分类表现 .结果表明 :胸部X线表现为 :6 0例均有肺纹理增多增粗模糊 ,其中肺部粟粒状阴影 2 7例 ,肺部小片状阴影 11例 ,肺门增大 13例 ,水平叶间裂影 9例 .儿童嗜酸性粒细胞增多症胸部平片X线表现多样 ,有典型与不典型之处 。On the basis of 60 patients who were clinically and laboratorially confirmed as the eosinophilia,the classified radiological patterns of chest plain film we re a nalysed. The results of X-ray showed that all the 60 cases suffered from the i ncreased lung markings which are more in number and vague.Among the 60 cases,27 out of 60 were pulmonary miliary shadow; 11 out of 60 were fasciolar shadow; 13 out of 60 were pulmonary hilar enlargement; and 9 out of 60 were horizontal fiss ure oblique.Thus it was drawn that the patterns of the chest plain film in child ren with eosinophilia were various,with typical and untypical ones,and that the diagnosis for the children pulmonary eosinophilia must be combined with the clin ical and laboratorial findings.
