摘 要:随着我国造纸产量的增加,造纸废水有效处理的重要性也日益凸显,生物处理法对于废水的高效处理具有重要作用。在某复合菌剂中筛选出7株细菌菌株和7株真菌菌株,以废水中CODcr去除率为指标筛选处理造纸废水高效菌株,并结合菌落形态观察、镜检、PCR扩增等对筛选的菌株进行鉴定。结果表明,细菌菌株G1和真菌菌株E2对废水的处理效果明显,CODcr去除率分别为89.2%和77.6%,鉴定其分别为短小芽孢杆菌和草酸青霉菌。As China' s papermaking production is increasing, it is important to improve the papermaking wastewater treatment efficiency. Meanwhile, biological treatment method for wastewater treatment plays an important role. This paper is based on looking for efficient strains for papermaking wastewater treatment. In a compound bacteria agent there were seven kinds of bacteria strain and seven fungi strains,using wastewater CODcr removal rate as the index of efficient strain, and connecting with the colonial morphology observation, microscopical examination, PCR amplification and so on screening strain identifi- cation. The results showed that bacteria strain G1 and fungi strain E2 have effluent treatment effect and CODer removal rate are 89.2% and 77.6% respectively, they are Bacillus pumilus and mould.
