摘  要:[目的]探讨重组异常汉逊酵母菌N6076次生代谢产物中红色组分的制备及其GC-MS检测方法。[方法]应用薄层层析色谱方法大量制备重组异常汉逊酵母菌N6076次生代谢产物中的红色组分,通过无水乙醇溶解、GC-MS检测以及化合物结构比对,分析其类别。[结果]该红色组分为醌类化合物,在WILEY、Nist和Nbs化合物库中均未发现与其结构完全相同的化合物。[结论]该研究为所得红色组分的NMR结构鉴定及结构与生物学效应关系的研究奠定了基础。[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the preparation of red component in the secondary metabolites of recombinant Hansenula anomala strain N6076 and its GC-MS detection.[Method] Thin-layer chromatography method was applied for large-scale preparation of red component in the secondary metabolites of recombinant H.anomala strain N6076.The red component was dissolved in anhydrous ethanol for GC-MS detection and chemical structure comparison in the database to identify its type.[Result] The red component is preli minarily identified as a quinone compound,while no compound with exactly the same structure as the red component has been found in WILEY,Nist and Nbs compound libraries.[Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for further NMR structure identification of the obtained red component and investigation of the relationship between its structure and biological effects.
