土地伦理视角下毕节地区耕地保护问题研究

摘　　要：从"土地伦理"角度,在实证研究的基础上,采用定性与定量分析法,分析了毕节地区耕地保护存在的问题,通过对土地伦理理论及其耕地保护关系的分析,建立了土地伦理下的耕地保护评价指标,认为土地伦理发展水平决定耕地保护效果,耕地保护效果反映土地伦理发展水平。From the angle of land ethic,we make a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the existing problems in farmland protection in Bijie area on the basis of empirical research.Farmland evaluation index is built through the analysis of the relations between land ethic theory and farmland protection,and a conclusion is drawn that the development level of land ethic decides the effects of arable land protection and is reflected in turn.
