摘　　要：在论述现代化节水型生态灌区概念的基础上,分析了当前灌区节水改造存在或将面临的主要问题,提出了现代化节水型生态灌区建设架构及目标,对现代化节水型生态灌区建设与管理的技术体系进行了初步探讨,指出节水改造灌区应是能保持或促进灌区环境良性发展的现代化节水型生态灌区。Based on the concept of modern water-saving ecological irrigation district,the main problems facing the water-saving transformation were analyzed,the construction plan and target of ecological irrigation areas were proposed,and the technological system of construction and management of modern water-saving ecological irrigation district was discussed,and finally it was pointed out that the water saving irrigation areas should be able to guarantee or promote the benign development of the irrigation environment.
