摘 要:在前期已获得耐盐转OsCDPK7、OsMAPK4基因水稻的基础上,对转基因株系的产量性状、生物学性状、品质性状和生育期等农艺性状进行调查与分析。结果表明,在田间栽培条件下,转基因水稻植株个体生长发育正常,转OsCDPK7基因水稻株系主要农艺性状与对照无差异;而转OsMAPK4基因水稻株系与其受体之间单位面积产量、株高、有效穗数和粗蛋白含量等均存在显著差异。这种差异与OsMAPK4基因功能存在必然关系。OsCDPK7 and OsMAPK4 ,the saline stress responses genes, had been transferred into rice previously. In this study,we investigated and analyzed the agronomic traits of the transgenic rice lines CDPK1, CDPK2, MAPK1 and MAPK2 compared to the control, including the yield, morphological, quality and biological traits. The results showed that there was no difference between the transgenic OsCDPK7 rice lines and the control in main agronomic traits under the field cultivation conditions, both of them had the normal growth and development. However, signifi- cant differences were observed for the yield per unit area, plant heights, effective panicles and crude protein content in transgenic OsMAPK4 rice lines compared with the control. These differences may be contributed by the over- expression of OsMAPK4 gene.
