摘  要:以直立型绿豆品种辽绿5号和半蔓生型绿豆品种辽绿6号为试材,施用不同量的磷酸二铵(0kg/hm2、150kg/hm2、225kg/hm2)进行试验,探讨磷酸二铵对不同株型绿豆品种叶片的光合生理、生化特性的影响,试图为株型绿豆品种合理选用磷酸二铵用量的高产栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:对绿豆叶片中的叶色值、光合速率、叶片胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度值的影响都是以适量肥(150kg/hm2)最高;对绿豆叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量影响,处理间适量肥最高;适量肥可提高绿豆三种酶的活性,增强绿豆抗逆性;不同株型绿豆品种适宜用量磷酸二铵150kg/hm2;施肥处理对株型绿豆品种叶片的生理生化指标影响:辽绿6号高于辽绿5号。Erect variety and semi-rampancy variety of mung bean were experimented during 2008-2009 at 3 diam- monium phosphate application rates :0kg/hm2, 150kg/hm2 ,225kg/hm2. This paper discussed the effects of diammo- nium phosphate on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of mung bean varieties and the optimum dosage of diammonium phosphate to provide a theoretical basis for a high-yield culture technique. The results showed : 1. Chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of mung bean were the highest when fertilizer rate was 150kg/hm2. 2. This fertilizer application rate had the highest contents among treatments on SOD, POD, MDA in leaves. This appropriate fertilizer rate could increase the activities of three enzymes and enhance stress resistance of mung bean. 3. The appropriate dosage of diammonium phosphate was 150kg/hm2 for mung bean. 4. Effects of fertilization treatments on physiological and biochemical characteristics was that Liaolv6 was higher than Liaolv5.
