内蒙古岱海水质的硅藻生物指数评价

摘　　要：通过对内蒙古岱海 4个采样点浮游硅藻群落组成的分析 ,并用硅藻群指数 (DAIPO)、硅藻生物指数 (BI)、多样性指数 (H′)、均匀性指数 (E)和模糊评价方法对其水质进行了评价 ,结果表明 :(1)内蒙古岱海中硅藻共有 2 5属 ,12 9种及种下分类单元 ;(2 )各采样点硅藻优势种的种类和相对丰度与水质密切相关 ;(3)岱海水质已受到轻微污染。On the basis of investigation for the diatom phytoplankton in Daihai Lake,Inner Mongolia the distribution structure of diatom and community dominant species were studied in this paper.Moreover,Diatom Assemblage Index(DAI PO ),Biological index(BI),Shannon Weaver diversity index(H′),Lloyd Ghelard evenness index were used to evaluated the water quality and the function of membership of fuzzy sets was used to standardize the indexes.The results show that:① There are 25 genera and 129 species in Daihai Lake;② the number and species of diatom are related to the water quality;③ the lake has suffered from light pollution.
