摘 要:可见光景象模拟器是电视制导系统综合测试的核心设备。设计了一款以LCD为图像源的大视场和大出瞳距的可见光景象模拟器,包括光学投影系统和相应的照明系统。研究了大出瞳距、大相对孔径情况下无限远投影光学系统的像差特性以及设计方法,采用非远心的系统设计方案,解决了由于出瞳距大而造成的系统像差难以校正的问题,增强了景象模拟器对转台的适应性,增大了工作视场。研究了非远心状态下LCD均匀照明的特点,采用复眼透镜阵列与柯勒照明原理相结合的方法设计了配套的照明系统,解决了非远心状况下均匀照明和光瞳衔接的问题。仿真系统的全视场角为7°,F#为3.1,出瞳距离为700 mm。系统的畸变小于0.5%,在奈奎斯特频率58 lp/mm处,零视场的调制传递函数大于0.7,全视场的调制传递函数大于0.45。照明系统的照明均匀度达到了91.3%,满足仿真均匀性的要求。Visible scene simulator(VISS) is the core test equipment of a visible seeker system.An LCD-based visible scene simulator with a long exit pupil relief and a large field of view was designed.The system consisted of a projector lens and an illumination system.The aberrations of the optical system were analyzed and the design procedure was presented.The non-telecentric structure was selected to solve the problem in the aberration correction of the system which was with long exit pupil relief.The adaptability of the visible scene simulator to the rotary table was enhanced,and the field of view was increased.In the design of the illumination system,the fly′s eye arrays combined with the Khler illumination principle were adopted to achieve an uniform illumination and the pupil superposition for the non-telecentric structure as well.The designed visible scene simulator is with a full field of view of 7°,F# of 3.1,and exit pupil relief of 700 mm.The distortion of the lens is less than 0.5%.At the Nyquist frequency of 58 lp/mm,the modulation transfer function is higher than 0.7 and 0.45,respectively at 0° and full field of view.The relative illumination is higher than 91.3%,which meets the requirement of the scene simulation.
