摘 要:现代飞行器对于其气动性能、隐身性能要求越来越高,传统的整流罩已无法满足要求。设计适应导弹、飞机等飞行器外部形状的共形整流罩可以提高飞行器的空气动力学性能以及减小雷达反射面积。因此必须加快对于共形整流罩的加工和检测技术的研究。文中主要对共形整流罩的检测方法进行了初步研究及仿真设计。首先分析了几种可行的共形光学检测方法,结合实际条件提出了红外干涉仪结合零位检测的检测方法;而后参考相关文献检测技术结合零位补偿检测理论设计了一套新型检测系统。该系统主要由中波红外干涉仪、补偿镜、场镜、反射镜组成。检测波长λ=3.39μm,检测精度PV=0.23λ,RMS=0.035λ。检测结果表明该检测方法精度高,检测结果满足系统要求,可以用于共形整流罩的检测。For the requirement of aerodynamic performance and stealth performance of modern aircraft is increasing,the generic conformal has been unable to meet the requirement.However,the conformal dome which is designed to adapt missiles,aircraft and other aircraft external shape can improve aerodynamic performance and reduce the radar reflection area,being more and more widely used.It is necessary to speed up the process of fabrication and detection technology of conformal dome.In this paper,a null compensator for conformal dome was designed and its test methods were studied.Firstly,after analysis of several possible conformal optical test methods,a method of an infrared interferometer with null test was put forward combined with the actual conditions.Then,according to relevant literature and the theory of null compensation,a new measurement system was designed,which mainly included infrared interferometer(MWIR),compensation mirror,field lens and mirrors with detection accuracy of PV=0.23 λ,RMS=0.035 λ.The results show that the method has high precision and meets the requirements of the system.It can be used for the test of conformal dome.
