摘  要:通过田间试验,研究了超级杂交稻Y两优1号在不同施氮量(0~225 kg/hm2)处理下各生育时期的碳、氮积累特性及其关系。结果表明,随植株的生长,生物量和碳积累量不断增加,但氮积累主要集中在幼穗分化期以前;在0~225 kg/hm2范围内,随施氮量增加,水稻生长中后期(拔节期—成熟期)植株的生物量及碳、氮积累量均呈增加趋势,而碳氮比呈下降趋势,多项指标与施氮量的相关性均达显著或极显著水平;植株碳、氮含量呈极显著正相关,说明植株对碳、氮的吸收表现为相互促进的关系。A field experiment was conducted to study the characteristics of carbon and nitrogen accumulation in plants and their relationship in different growth stages of super hybrid rice Y Liangyou 1 under the treatments with different nitrogen rates (0 - 225 kg/hm2 ). The results showed that the biomass and carbon accumulation of plants increased with the plant growth from early tillering stage to maturing stage, but the accumulation of nitrogen in plants was dominantly completed by the panicle initiation stage. With the increment of nitrogen rates, in the mid to late growth stages (from jointing stage to maturing stage), the plant biomass, C accumulation and N accumulation showed an upward trend but the plant C/N ratio showed a downward trend, and all of these indicies had a signifi- cant or very significant correlation to the nitrogen rates. Besides, there existed a very significant positive correlation between plant carbon and nitrogen contents, indicating a mutual promotion relationship in plants between the uptake of carbon and nitrogen.
