高效液相色谱法测定七叶灵颗粒中特女贞苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定七叶灵颗粒中特女贞苷含量的方法。方法:使用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(16∶84),检测波长为224 nm,流速:1 ml.min-1,柱温30℃。结果:该色谱条件下显示能良好分离特女贞苷峰,线性范围为2.5～50.0μg.ml-1(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为101.23%,RSD=2.15%(n=6)。结论:该法简便,重复性好,可用于七叶灵颗粒中特女贞苷的含量测定。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of specnuezhenide in Qiyeling granules.Method： A Kromasil C18 column（250 m×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（16∶ 84）.The detection wavelength was 224 nm,the flow rate was 1ml·min-1,and the column temperature was 30℃.Result： The method could determine the specnuezhenide effectively without the interference of impurity.The linear range of specnuezhenide was within 2.5-50.0 μg·ml-1（r=0.999 3）.The average recovery was 101.23%（RSD=2.15%,n=6）.Conclusion： The method is simple and repeatable.It can be used in the determination of specnuezhenide in Qiyeling granules.
