摘 要:利用热浸渍提拉晶种法,在孔径为2~3μm的多孔α-Al2O3陶瓷管载体上水热合成NaA分子筛膜,采用XRD和SEM等方法对合成的膜进行表征。用NaA分子筛膜对水含量为0.252%(w)的一氯甲烷进行蒸气渗透分离,考察合成液配方、进料压力和进料温度等条件对NaA分子筛膜蒸气渗透分离性能的影响。实验结果表明,经3次水热合成得到致密、连续的NaA分子筛膜,在合成液摩尔组成为1Al2O3∶2SiO2∶2Na2O∶120H2O时制备的膜厚度为7~8μm;室温下NaA分子筛膜的分离因数可达75000;在进料压力为0.05~0.20 MPa时,NaA分子筛膜对水的通量为0.147 kg/(m2.h)。Zeolite NaA membranes were prepared on a porous α-Al2O3 support by hot dip-coating seeding method and characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The membranes were applied to the removal of trace water(0.252%(w)) in methane chloride through vapor permeation. The effects of the molar composition of the synthezing solution, feed pressure and feed temperature on the vapor permeation performance of the zeolite NaA membranes were investigated. The results indicate that the NaA membranes prepared by three times of hydrothermal synthesis are continuous and compact. The membrane thickness is in the range of 7-8 μm when the molar composition of the synthezing solution is 1A1203 : 2SiO2 : 2Na2O : 120H2O. The separation factor of water/methane chloride system with the membranes is as high as 75 000 at room temperature. The water flux maintained 0.147 kg/(m^2·h) when the feed pressure is in the range of 0.05-0.20 MPa.
