摘　　要：为了进一步维护好广大船员的合法权益,增强对船员服务机构职能的认识,不断规范其日常服务行为,文中深入分析船员服务机构的特点和监管难点,并针对性地提出应对措施。With a view to further safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the seafarers, enhancing a clear understanding of the functions of seafarer service agencies, and continuously standardizing their daily service activities, this paper analyzes the nature and characteristics of the seafarer service agencies and the key points concerning supervision and control thereof, and puts forward some measures to deal with the relevant issues.
