摘　　要：目的:了解农村5岁以下儿童在新型农村合作医疗中的受益情况。方法:省级调查、现场调查。结果:目前大部分地区尚无针对全体农村儿童的特殊补偿政策,农村5岁以下儿童实际住院补偿水平低于全体人群。结论:应调整新型农村合作医疗对农村5岁以下儿童的补偿政策,确保公平受益;同时加强农村基层儿科服务能力建设,改善服务可及性。Objective： Learn about the benefit level of rural under-five children in new cooperative medical scheme （NCMS） . Methods： Provincial investigation and on-the-spot survey. Results： there is no special reimbursement policy for all rural children in NCMS in most regions at present. The actual benefit level of rural under-five children in inpatient servie, es is lower than all rural residents. Conclusion： The reimbursement policy for rural under-five children in NCMS should be adjusted to ensure rural under-five children benefit equally frum NCMS. At the mean time, the pediatric service capacities of rural grass-root health facilities should be strengthened to improve service availability in rural areas.
