摘 要:目的:从医务人员的视角看社区卫生综合改革,通过分析他们的反映及满意情况,提出改善社区卫生综合改革的建议。方法:利用调查问卷,由社区医务人员自我填写,研究人员统一收集。结果:他们认为变化最大的是工作量增加、主动性服务增加、预防保健服务增加;他们最不满意的是:工资收入、人事制度、绩效考核;他们认为下一步需要加强的工作是绩效工资改革、加强基础设施建设、增加基本药物种类和增加培训机会。结论:根据上述医务人员反映的问题,应该继续完善人事分配制度和绩效考核制度、加强人才培训、巩固相关改革。Objective: To review community health comprehensive reform from the perspective of medical staff, we analyzed the response and satisfaction of medical staff and put forward the suggestions to perfect community health comprehensive reform. Method: Medical staff filled in the questionnaire and researchers collected them. Results: The biggest changes in their view are increased workload, initiative service and preventive care service. The most dissatisfied parts of the reform include: wage income, human resources management system and performance evaluations. Their suggesfions for next step include: perfecting wage reform, strengthening infrastructure construction, enlarge essential drug list and providing more training chances. Conclusion: According to the above problems, we should perfect personnel and distribution system and performance evaluation system, strengthen human resource training and consolidate each reform item.
