摘  要:目的:从患者的角度,了解社区卫生综合改革的变化和社区卫生服务机构的服务提供及需要改善的情况。方法:在全国范围内按照东、中、西的地理分布兼顾经济发展水平,选取杭州等8个城市,从每个城市中随机抽取12个社区卫生服务机构,对当日门诊病人进行随机问卷调查。结果:就诊患者对社区卫生服务的总体满意度较高,对社区卫生服务较医改前的变化反映较好。其中,患者对服务环境、服务态度和就诊方便程度的满意度较高,对药品种类、药品价格、报销比例和主动服务的评价处于中等或偏下。结论:巩固和完善基本药物制度;积极推进医保支付制度改革;提高医疗保障水平,减轻患者负担。Objective: To study the satisfaction of patients with the community health service and the changes in the comprehensive reform of the community Health. Methods: Twelve community health services centers were selected randomly in eight typical cities, conducted a questionnaire survey of patients in these facilities. Results: The results showed that the overall satisfaction of patients was at the high level. Patients were satisfied with the service environment; service attitude and medical convenience, however, the satisfaction of drug types, drug prices, reimbursement, and active service were ranked in middle or low level. Conclusion: consolidate and improve the basic drug system; promote the reform of the Medicare payment system; improve the level of medical care to reduce the burden of patients.
