摘　　要：目的:研究陕西省县级公立医疗机构的现阶段收支情况,分析不同地区不同医疗机构的收支差异,为政府在实行药品零差率后的补偿调整提供参考。方法:搜集抽样县级医疗机构2006—2010年收支情况的数据,结合实际情况分析数据在时间序列上的变化和不同地区不同机构间的差异。结果:在县级医疗机构收支中药品收支所占比例较高,医疗服务收支亏损,总体收支基本平衡。结论:在现有补偿水平下,如果实行药品零差率政策,可以考虑改善不合理的医疗服务价格来进行补偿。Object： Research on public medical institutions at the County level of Shannxi province＇s current stage of balance, analyze the differences of the different parts＇ income and expenditure of medical institutions, to provide a reference for government compensation adjustments in the implementation of the Zero-profit drag policy. Method： Collect the revenue and expenditure data of sampling county medical institutions in 2006-2010, combine with the difference between the actual situation analysis of data on the time series change and the different parts of institutions. Results： In the balance of payments of the county-level medical institutions, drug payments have a high proportion, medical service continues losses, but In the overall level, it keeps balance. Conclusion： In the current compensation levels, if implement the Zero-profit drug policy, it can be considered to improve the unreasonable price medical service for compensation.
