摘　　要：经济效益是影响中医药服务提供意愿的主要原因,医疗服务项目各类成本构成能够对项目的经济效益产生直接影响,分析成本构成有助于明确盈利点和成本控制重点。文章通过分析不同项目成本结构,进一步探讨其对中医药服务提供意愿的影响,并提出完善财政补偿机制和健全对中医人员激励机制的政策建议。Economic benefit is the main impact reason of the provide willingness for Traditional Chinese Medicine service. The cost structure can influence the services economic benefit, the cost stnlcture analysis will help to clear profit point and cost control focus. The paper research the cost structure, further discuss its impact on provide willingness, and put forward to perfect the compensation mechanism and personnel incentive mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
