摘 要:以有机胺为起始剂、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为单体、氢氧化钾为催化剂,在环氧丙烷开环聚合温度为(130±5)℃、环氧乙烷开环聚合温度为(120±5)℃、压强低于0.5 MPa的条件下合成了嵌段聚醚型破乳剂单剂TA4812和AP442,将其分别与助剂BC以不同比例复配,对陕北油田有代表性的河庄坪和子长原油进行脱水实验。结果表明,对河庄坪原油,在55℃、破乳剂总用量为100mg·L-1、脱水时间为6h的条件下,TA4812、AP442与BC复配比例为4∶1时,脱水速率快,脱水率最高,分别达到92.8%、94.8%;对子长原油,在65℃、破乳剂总用量为200mg·L-1、脱水时间为6h的条件下,TA4812、AP442与BC复配比例为4∶1时,脱水速率快,脱水率最高,分别达到98.3%、96.3%;且脱出的水清不含油,无悬浮物,油水界面整齐。Using organic amine as primer, propylene oxide(PO) and epoxy ethane(EO) as monomer, potassi- um hydroxide as catalyst, TA4812 and AP442 multi-block polyether demulsifiers are synthesized at less than 0. 5 MPa, ring-opening polymerization temperature for PO of (130 q- 5) *C, ring-opening polymerization tempera- ture for EO of (120-4-5) *C. Combined to BC with different proportion,dehydration experiments of the combina- tional demulsifiers for Hezhuangping and Zichang crude oil in North Shanxi Oilfield show that,for Hezhuang- ping crude oil,the dehydration rate of combinational demulsifiers is the highest to 92.8% and 94.8%, respec- tively,when demulsifier total amount is 100 mg ~ L-1,the proportion of TA4812 or AP442 to BC is 4 : 1 at 55 *C for 6 h,for Zichang crude oil,the dehydration rate is the highest to 98.3~ and 96.3~ ,respectively,when demulsifier total amount is 200 mg ~ L-1 ,the proportion of TA4812 or AP442 to BC is 4 " 1 at 65 *C for 6 h. There is no oil or suspended matter in the clear separated water and the interface between oil and water is hom- ogeneous by using combinational demulsifiers.
