摘 要:以大型海藻细基江蓠为原料制备活性炭,通过正交实验考察了浸渍比(磷酸与细基江蓠粉的质量比,下同)、浸渍时间、活化温度和活化时间对活性炭制备的影响,同时采用红外光谱对活性炭产品的表面官能团进行了分析。确定最佳工艺条件为:浸渍比1∶1、浸渍时间9h、活化温度400℃、活化时间50min,在此条件下,活性炭的碘吸附值为1049.75mg·g-1、亚甲基蓝脱色力为123mL·g-1、得率为37.7%。红外光谱分析表明,活性炭表面存在多种官能团。Active carbon was prepared from marine macro-alga Gracilaria tenuistipitata. The effects of im-pregnation ratio(the mass ratio of phosphoric acid to Gracilaria tenuistipitata powder) ,impregnation time,acti- vation temperature and activation time were investigated by orthogonal experiment. And the functional groups on active carbon were analyzed by FTIR. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows.impregnation ratio of 1 ~ 1 ,impregnation time of 9 h,activation temperature of 400 C ,activation time of 50 min. Under above con-ditions,the iodine adsorption value was 1049.75 mg · g-1 ,the decolorizing capacity for formethylene blue was 123 mg · g-1 ,and the yield was 37.7%. The FTIR analysis indicated that there existed many functional groups on active carbon.
