构建和谐社会背景下政府诚信的提升

摘　　要：政府诚信是树立政府形象和提升政府公信力的基础,是赢得群众拥护的根本。由于诸多原因,导致政府诚信难以全面地适应和谐社会建设的需要,与公众期望值有着不小的距离。为了提升政府诚信,需要坚持以下主要路径:以坚定的共产主义信念引导公务员树立公仆自觉意识;以深入实际、基层和群众实现公共政策的科学性;以行政权行使的法治化确保政府行为的公平性;以政府信息公开制度的完善坚守政务过程的透明性;以客观合理化应对网络舆情,保障舆论监督的实效性。The credit of the government is the foundation of setting up the government image and enhancing government integrity, and the bases to win the support of the mass. In order to settle the government credit problem, several ways can be taken： The civil service enhances the awareness of public servant by guiding of the communism＇ s belief; Scientific public policy is ensured by the real- ity, base and the realization ; The law behavior fairness ensures the government administration ; The open system of government informa- tion improves government transparency; Dealing with the network public opinion ensures the public opinion supervision effectiveness.
