我国区域产业转移综合承载能力评价研究

摘　　要：产业转移综合承载能力对一个地区的经济发展至关重要,掌握产业转移的一般规律,认清国内产业转移的现状,结合区域经济发展中产业的特征,才能为各个经济区域承接产业转移、促进经济快速发展提供有力的保障。文章通过构建产业转移综合承载能力评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算各指标权重,再利用灰色关联分析方法对我国四大经济区域产业转移综合承接能力进行排序比较分析,并提出改善和提升四大经济区产业转移综合承接能力的一些建议和对策。The comprehensive carrying capacity of industrial transfer is vital to the economic develop- ment of a region. Mastering the general rules of industrial transfer, recognizing the current situation of domestic industry transfer and taking ＇into consideration the industrial characteristics in regional e- conomic development are of great importance to undertake the industrial transfer in each economic re- gion and ensure the rapid development of the economy. In this paper, an evaluation index system of the comprehensive carrying capacity of industrial transfer is constructed. The index weight is calculat- ed by using the method of analytic hierarchy process, and the comprehensive carrying capacity of in- dustrial transfer of four major economic regions is analyzed and compared by applying the method of grey relational analysis. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of industrial transfer of the four major economic regions.
