东部三大经济区域产业升级能力评价研究

摘　　要：我国东部三大经济区域的经济已经发展到一定阶段,产业升级已成为当前的主要任务。文章建立了产业升级能力的评价指标体系,并以2008年的相关统计数据为依据,采用改进的TOPSIS方法计算了东部三大经济区域的产业升级能力,然后对其进行比较分析,最后给出提升东部三大经济区域产业升级能力的对策与建议。The industrial upgrading is the absolute need of three major economic zones in eastern China at a certain developmental stage. In this paper, an evaluation index system of the capacity of industrial upgrading is established based on the relative statistic data of three major economic zones in 2008. The calculation and ranking of the capacity of industrial upgrading in three major economic zones in eastern China are conducted by using the improved TOPSIS method. And some measures and suggestions for improving the capacity of industrial upgrading in three major economic zones in eastern China are put forward.
