摘　　要：目的:分析ANA谱和ANA在混合性结缔组织病的临床应用。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法、免疫印迹法检测患者的ANA和ANA谱。结果:64例混合性结缔组织病患者中,女性60例,男性4例,ANA,抗nRNP/SM抗体,抗Sm抗体,抗SSA抗体,抗SSB抗体,抗Ro-52抗体,抗Scl-70抗体,抗Jo-1抗体,抗CENP B抗体,抗dsDNS抗体,抗核小体抗体,抗组蛋白抗体,抗核糖P蛋白抗体阳性率分别为90.6%,85.9%,1.6%,32.8%,23.4%,37.5%,0%,0%,0%,4.6%,17.2%,0%,1.6%。结论:ANA谱和ANA在筛查和诊断混合性结缔组织病中起不可替代的作用。Objective. To analyze the application of ANA spectrum and AINA detectzon m patients with mixed connective tissue disease. Methods. Detect the ANA and ANA spectrum of the included patients by indirect immunofluorescence assay and Western blot method. Results. Of the 64 mixed connective tissue disease patients, 60 were females,while 4 were males. The positive ratio of ANA, anti-nRNP/SM body, anti-Sm body, anti-SSA body, anti-SSB body, anti-Ro-52 antibody, Sol-70 antibody, anti-Jo-1 body, anti-CENP B body,anti-dsDNS body, anti-nueleosome antibodies, anti-histone antibody, anti-ribosomal P protein antibodies were 90.6%,85.9%,1.6%,32.8%,23.4%,37.5%,0%,0%,0%,4.6%,17.2%,0%, 1.6% respectively. Conclusion. Detection of ANA spectrum and ANA is helpful for screening and diagnosis of mixed connective tissue disease.
