摘　　要：目的:探讨T形钢板治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效及护理方法。方法:回顾2008年11月～2011年11月资料完整的不稳定性桡骨远端骨折患者236例,依据治疗方法不同分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用T形钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用石膏夹板外固定治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗效果,总结其护理方法。结果:T形钢板内固定术治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折治疗效果优于石膏夹板外固定术(P<0.01)。结论:切开复位T形钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折不稳定,可有效维持桡骨长度,早期进行功能锻炼,关节功能恢复快,是疗效确切的治疗方法。术后做好患者心理护理,有效指导患者康复功能锻炼,可提高骨折愈合率,促进患者康复。Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of T-shaped plate internal fixation in the treat- ment of unstable distal radius fractures and nursing methods for it. Methods. Data of 236 fully documented patients with unstable distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from November 2008 to November 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into treatment group and control group according to treatment. Treatment group received T-shaped plate internal fixation, while control group adopted plaster splint external fixation. Therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and analyzed and nursing meth- ods were Concluded. Results. T-shaped plate internal fixation showed significant better effects than plaster splint external fixation （P;0.01）. Conclusions： In treating unstable distal radius fractures, open reduc- tion T-shaped plate internal fixation is a treatment with definite effects which can effectively maintain radi- us length; ensure early functional training and quick rehabilitation of joint functions. Postoperative psy- chological nursing and effective instructions to perform functional rehabilitation training can raise patents＂ fracture healing rate and accelerate recovery.
