摘  要:文章采用索氏提取法提取黄秋葵(Abelmoschus esculentus)的种子油脂,选定时间、液料比和温度作为影响因素,以黄秋葵籽油脂提取率为评价指标。在单因素试验的基础上,通过三因素三水平Box-Behnken中心组合试验,建立种子油脂提取率的二次多项式回归方程,经响应面回归分析得到优化组合条件。最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间144.421min、液料比7.398∶1(mL/g)、提取温度65.3℃,该条件下种子油脂提取率的预测值为15.72%。研究结果可为黄秋葵籽油脂的提取工艺提供参考,为黄秋葵的进一步开发利用建立基础。Soxhlet extraction of oil from the seed of Abelmoschus esculentus was performed. In this ex- periment, three single factors including extraction time, liquid/solid ratio and temperature were cho- sen, and the yield of oil from okra pods was considered as evaluation index. According to single factor experimental results, three-factor three-level Box-Behnken experimental design was chosen, then the quadratic polynomial regression equation was established and analyzed by the response surface meth- odology. The optimum extraction conditions are obtained as follows: the extraction time is 144. 421 min,the liquid/solid ratio is 7. 398 : 1(mL/g), and the temperature is 65.3 ℃. Under these conditions, the estimated value of maximal yield of polysaccharides is 15.72%. The experiment pro- vides a reference for the extraction of oil from the seed of Abelmoschus esculentus, and lays a founda- tion for future research and development of Abelmoschus esculentus.
