摘  要:生态海模拟装置是人工模拟海洋生态环境进行科学研究的载体,也是海洋类专业教学中一种重要的模拟实验体系。搭建的循环式生态海模拟装置主体为长60 cm、宽30 cm、高40 cm的有机玻璃缸体,其间隔为生态海大室和溢流槽小室。加载的过滤系统、供氧系统、照明装置和流量控制装置,满足在不同流量、不同光照条件以及不同供氧需求下的海洋微宇宙系统的实验测定。该装置体积小,结构简单,经济实用,测验条件易于控制,适用于海洋科学教学实验及相关研究领域。Microcosm is a very important simulation system for scientific research not only in marine environment, but also in marine education. An analog device was constructed in order to satisfy the undergraduate experimental teaching, and was verified by an oil spill experiment which lasted 20 days. The circulating device, 60 cm long, 30 cm wide, and 40 cm high, consists of a bigger marine ecological room and a smaller overflow tank, which is designed to be capable of working under different lighting conditions, with a flux and velocity control device, a filtering system, an oxygen supply system, and an illuminating device. The analog device is relatively small, simple, economical and practical. It can be applied to marine science experiments and related comprehensive research.
