摘　　要：结合我校教学实验中心开放性实验室建设的实际情况,以及对实验室开放形式的探索,建立了一套科学、系统、规范的开放性实验室管理模式:以先进的管理理念为主导,制定合理的人事制度和考评激励机制,设立开放实验专项基金,搭建实验室管理系统,做好基础保障。同时在实验室队伍、物资准备充足的前提下,通过对学生开放实验前、实验过程中和实验后三方面管理,加强了开放性实验室的科学管理和开放安全,保障了管理制度的有效实行和开放的规范高效。In view of the actual situation of open laboratories in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the exploration of the open of laboratory, a set of scientific, systematic, standard management mode of open laboratory was established in the Experiment Center for Teaching ＆ Learning. At the same time, scientific and safety management of the open laboratory was enhanced by pre-experiment, in-experiment and post experiment management. These measures can solve many problems arisen from laboratory opening, and provide the basis for teaching quality assessment.
